I wasn’t able to join the Quilt Block Mania Designers this month, but hope you will visit their websites. They’ve created insect-themed quilt blocks. I would have enjoyed making a block showing the Spongy Moth, which invaded our area of Michigan last year, eating most of the leaves from the oak trees and then worked on other trees. (They were called Gypsy Moths prior to last year.)

The block color inspiration came from the photo below, found HERE. The blocks are free during the month of May by visiting each designer’s website.
